Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new shop gets 7 days of Pro free. No credit card needed. When it ends you have 3 more days to pick a plan before WhatsApp ordering pauses; your data is kept.
What if I have more products than my plan allows?
Products you already listed stay on your store. You can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove some.
Who pays WhatsApp message charges?
Meta bills message charges directly to your own Meta account; we add no markup. Replies within 24 hours of the customer's message are free. After that, in India, an order update costs about ₹0.12 and an offer about ₹0.86 per message, plus 18% GST. Rates are approximate.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. Customers pay to your UPI ID directly. We only charge the plan fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Ask from Settings → Account in your dashboard or message us on WhatsApp, and our team changes it for you.
